Tseng Wen-Chen was born in 1968, Taipei.She graduated from Mass Communication Department of Tunkang University. She studies in Graduate Institute of Sound and Image Studies in Documentary of Tainan National College of the Arts. She has worked as executive producer, Commercial producer, and editing director of Public TV’s shows. Her works won the Local Cultural Video Prize of Council for Cultural Affairs and Non-Competition Prize of Taiwan International Documentary Festival by Dual Years.
